About Me

An enthusiastic computer engineering student, I am interested in developing cutting-edge solutions for IoT, and wireless networks. So I followed my thoughts, launched Light Links startup to present my designed systems.

I have registered the patent of my IoT Router device. Further, I am pleased to present another tiny device called "Micro Light" to revolutionize people's perceptions of smart homes and the Internet.

Compiling Linux kernels, writing Shell Scripts, Web development, and Coding is what I gained thanks to my work experience in different companies.

Currently, I am a student of Prof. J.J. Garcia-Luna-Aceves, distinguished professor and chair for the CSE department at UC Santa Cruz. while researching in the field of Internet Protocol Design, with the approach of Looplessness and Efficiency at the CCRG lab, where the world's most powerful internet protocols were designed in!

Probe Frame-based WiFi easy connect

It is like magic! Buy an IoT gadget, turn it on, and it will immediately detect your home WiFi network and connect to it without entering the password manually or pushing a button!

  • A creative alternative to WPS for plug & Play WiFi connection
  • Tested on Esp8266 IoT modules as proof-of-concept environment
  • Useful for home and office fast WiFi connection without the need of entering WiFi passwords!
  • Detecting device type based on RC4 strings in probe frames
  • Can be used on any current WiFi-based IoT devices with firmware update

Micro Light IoT Router

The first pocket-sized Linux-Based IoT Router and SBC, developed by me in Iran.

  • Designed Based on MediaTek SoC
  • Equipped with IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standard
  • Act as VPS and pre compiled modern tunneling protocol kernel packaegs
  • Full support of modern protocols such as WireGuard, OpenVpn, ShadowSocks and act as Tor node.
  • Customized complied kernel of Linux OS with Web-Application

OpenCV-Based face recognition for IoT Hub

Combining Open CV and IoT in order to use live face recognition to control IoT Hub GPIO values.

  • Using Python "CV2" and "Requests" Packages and send Real-Time data using HTTP methods to API

Remote file downloading on Light Links Router using IoT protocols ( HTTP, MQTT)

  • Download any file from anywhere on Micro Light Routers Using HTTP
  • Store files on external drives attached to Micro Light
  • Used CURL for basic download commands
  • Just pure Shell Scripts with no other programming languages

MAC address-based license systems for Linux based Routers

Developed Linux Shell Scripts and software to retrieve hexadecimal digits of MAC address from Hardware Layer and pass the address to the application layer of the Router for submitting to server REST API with IoT protocols.

S-Beacon: A BLE based beacon customer club for restaurants and Cafes

Developing S-Beacon a Sepantab company product for sending advertisement beacons using Bluetooth to nearby mobile phones having the restaurant of cafe's moile application installed

  • Built in HM-10 BLE module (Bluetooth V4 Opne Source Module)
  • On-Bard Ch304 Cheap USB to Serial converter
  • Activating Beacon mode with AT Commands
  • Using 2 AA batteries for powering the device
